John W. Ferron

Managing
Shareholder
Born in Appleton,
Wisconsin, Jack obtained his undergraduate degree from the University
of Wisconsin-Madison, and his law degree from DePaul University
College of Law in Chicago. He is admitted to practice before the
state and federal courts in Ohio and Illinois, and has been specially
admitted to practice before many other courts. Jack enjoys employment
litigation, including class action minimum wage and overtime cases,
employment discrimination claims and complex trade secret claims and non-competition agreements.

Leslie Blair Graden

Associate
Leslie was born
in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. He received his undergraduate degree
from Michigan State University's
James Madison College, and his law degree from Case Western Reserve
University.
Leslie, who is admitted to practice before the state and federal
courts in Ohio, has more than ten years' litigation experience,
including extensive experience in labor and employment matters including
employment discrimination and wrongful termination lawsuits, employee
benefit (ERISA) claims, and workers' and unemployment compensation
issues.

Lisa A. Wafer

Associate
Lisa, who hails
from Marion, Ohio, obtained her undergraduate degree from Ohio Northern
University and moved to Columbus to attend Capital University Law
School. Admitted to practice before the state and federal courts
in Ohio, Lisa has developed valuable experience in representing
clients in a wide variety of labor and employment matters, including
employment discrimination lawsuits and litigation regarding non-competition
and confidentiality agreements.
